  • Blue Jackets activate Torres


    Columbus, OH (Sports Network) - The Columbus Blue Jackets have activated forward Raffi Torres off injured reserve.

    Torres has missed the team's last two games and has not played since taking a puck to the face and suffering lacerations during a November 11 game against Detroit.

    In 17 games this season, Torres has eight goals and one assist. His goal total trails only Rick Nash's 13 for the team lead.
