  • OSullivan led the Galaxy to a 7-3 record and a berth in the Yello Strom World Bowl XV this Saturday, where Frankfurt will defend its title against Hamburg. The Bears quarterback led the NFLEL in passer rating (104.8) and passing yards (2,201) while tying for the league lead with 16 touchdown passes. The former Cal-Davis standout recorded the only two 300-yard games in NFL Europa this season, including a league-best 374-yard performance in Week 9 against the Sea Devils.

  • Pakulak, allocated by the Titans, placed three of his five punts inside the 20-yard line and finished the day with a 51.6-yard average in Amsterdams 21-20 victory over the Berlin Thunder.

    In his second season in NFL Europa, Pakulak finished second in the league with a 43.3-yard gross average. This is the former Kentucky punters second career award as he was named the Week 9 Special Teams Player of the Week in 2006.

  • OSullivans late-game heroics during the Frankfurt Galaxys come-from-behind victory against the Berlin Thunder earned him Offensive Player of the Week honors. With the Galaxy trailing 22-3 with just over nine minutes remaining, OSullivan threw for 204 yards and three touchdowns on his teams final three possessions to secure a 25-22 win. He finished the afternoon with the first 300-yard passing performance in NFL Europa this season, completing 27 of 37 passes for 333 yards, three touchdowns and one interception.

  • Reid earned Defensive Player of the Week honors as he helped the Frankfurt Galaxy improve to a league-leading 5-2 record with a 23-10 victory over the Rhein Fire. He recorded a team-high eight tackles and added one sack, one forced fumble, one interception and one pass defensed.

    Through seven games, Reid ranks second on the Galaxy defense with 35 tackles. He has added two sacks, one interception, one forced fumble, two pass defenses and five special teams tackles.

  • Rehage earned Defensive Player of the Week honors following his standout performance during the Rhein Fires 20-17 loss to the Cologne Centurions. He led the Fire defense with 12 tackles and added one sack, one quarterback hurry and one pass defensed. He ranks third on Rheins defense this season with 27 tackles.

  • Sam, allocated to NFL Europa by the Dolphins, recorded six catches for 122 yards and one touchdown in the Rhein Fires 27-24 victory over the Frankfurt Galaxy. The former Florida State star had four receptions for 104 yards in the first half, including catches of 46 and 34 yards, and scored on an eight- yard touchdown reception in the third quarter.

    "It seemed like everything came together in this game," said Sam. "It showed on the field and we came up with a victory."

  • Bramlet, currently in his second season with Hamburg, completed 18 of 27 passes for 220 yards, three touchdowns and one interception (113.2 passer rating) in the Sea Devils' 34-9 win over the Rhein Fire.

    "Casey is a very productive quarterback, and he had a very productive day," said Hamburg head coach VINCE MARTINO. "He managed the offense perfectly and really helped us keep our rhythm for the whole game."

  • Reis punctuated Colognes hard-fought 14-6 victory over the Rhein Fire with a crucial 21-yard interception return for a touchdown with 11:42 remaining in the game. Reis also added one tackle and knocked down a pass.

    "I was just hoping to catch the ball," said Reis, a three-time ACC All- Academic honoree at Georgia Tech. "I read the quarterback and got a good break on the ball. I just ran for daylight and I wasnt looking anywhere but the end zone."

  • Sherrell, who is the NFL Europa leader in scrimmage yards this season with 229, amassed 102 multi-purpose yards in Frankfurts 18-13 win over the Cologne Centurions. He rushed for 57 yards on 14 carries and caught six passes for 45 yards. An Eastern Michigan product, Sherrell currently ranks second in the league in rushing yards (167), trailing only Kansas City-allocated running back Derrick Ross (168) of Cologne.

    Franklin recorded nine tackles, one sack, one quarterback pressure and forced a fumble for Cologne. He also registered two interceptions and four passes defensed.

  • Ross rushed for 120 yards on 29 carries and scored on a 16-yard touchdown run in Colognes 24-18 victory over Hamburg. He also added three receptions for 25 yards.

    "Derrick had a great effort in Hamburg and he really ran the football well," said Centurions head coach DAVID DUGGAN.

  • Todd Husak completed 18-of-34 passes for 176 yards and two touchdowns with one interception for Berlin. Anthony White ran the ball 20 times for 70 yards in the win.

    Berlin won World Bowl IX in Amsterdam with a 24-17 defeat of the Barcelona Dragons.

  • White earned offensive honors for his role in helping the Berlin Thunder clinch a World Bowl berth with a 27-7 win over the Frankfurt Galaxy. The Cardinals' back rushed for 197 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 7.0 yards per carry.

    "Clinching a place in the World Bowl feels great," White said. "But we will not be happy until we finish the season by winning a championship."

  • Jackson had 22 carries for 154 yards, the highest single-game total in the league this year, in the Rhein Fire's 21-10 victory over the Cologne Centurions. On Rhein's first play from scrimmage, Jackson raced down the field for an 80-yard touchdown run, the third-longest rushing play in NFL Europe history.

    The Coe College product finished the season ranked second in the league with 731 rushing yards and was one of only two players with 1,000 yards from scrimmage (1,048 yards).

    In helping the Cologne Centurions defeat the Berlin Thunder 25-7, Branch rushed for 124 yards on 26 carries, including a 26-yard touchdown run midway through the first quarter.

  • New York, NY (Sports Network) - Quarterback BROCK BERLIN of the Miami Dolphins, safety KEVIN CURTIS of the Houston Texans and kicker DAVID KIMBALL of the Oakland Raiders are the NFL Europe League Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams Players of the Week for games played the eighth week of the season (May 6-7), the league announced today.

    Berlin completed 12 of 15 attempts (80.0 percent) for 183 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions for a 157.1 passer rating to lead the Hamburg Sea Devils to a 38-14 win over the Berlin Thunder.

  • Homer earned offensive honors for his role in the Dragons' 30-27 win over Amsterdam. Homer rushed for 89 yards, including a three-yard touchdown run, while averaging 6.4 yards per carry in helping the Dragons to their first win of the season.

    The Ravens' running back also added three receptions for 43 yards.

  • New York, NY (Sports Network) - Seattle Seahawks quarterback GIBRAN HAMDAN, Rhein defensive end DERRICK STRONG and Amsterdam wide receiver NORIAKI KINOSHITA are the NFL Europe League Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams Players of the Week for games played the fifth week of the season (April 15 and 17), the league announced today.

    Hamdan earned his second Offensive Player of the Week Award of the season after completing 15 of 22 passes for 244 yards and three touchdowns in Amsterdams thrilling 35-31 victory over the Rhein Fire. Trailing by three points with just over six minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, the former Indiana star threw a 42-yard strike to wide receiver SKYLER FULTON (Seattle) to seal the victory for the Admirals. The win allowed the club to move into a first-place tie with the Fire (4-1) halfway through the NFL Europe season.

  • Dreisbach completed 17 of 26 attempts for 227 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions for the Scottish Claymores in a 45-17 victory over the F.C. Barcelona Dragons. He finished the game with a 131.4 passer rating.

    Dreisbach guided an offensive attack that set a Kickoff Weekend record for most points scored and turned a 10-7 halftime advantage into a 28-point victory.
