Olympic Trampoline Gymnastics
Competitors perform gymnastics routines on a trampoline which are scored according to execution and degree of difficulty in each skill. There are certain mandatory skills that must be performed, like the 540 degree somersault. Competitors must end their routines by landing on the trampoline on both feet and in control for at least three seconds.
