• • All Casino bonuses must to be used in the assigned games or areas; otherwise bonus amount & winnings will be forfeited.

  • Inappropriate use of deposit bonuses, tournament entries, courtesy tokens, will be justifiable reason for account closure.

  • Any game discrepancy must be reported via e-mail to cm@BookMaker.com.

  • The software provider will review the claim or discrepancy and provide us with the information requested, please allow a 24 hour response window.

  • Rollover requirement definition is as follows, it's the placing into action [playthrough-handle] the bonus amount, a predetermined amount of X's as awarded.

  • The Courtesy Token Program, is based on “patronage status”, it is not a rebate program, neither retroactive nor cumulative.

  • The Courtesy Token value may vary from time to time, preset standard is 10%.

  • The Courtesy Token is given by an automated system every Wednesday, after 9pm EST, based on your previous week casino net loss figure.

  • Weekly casino figures start fresh on Monday and close on Sunday at midnight.

  • Customers has 24 hours, maximum, to request a specific casino product bonus via e-mail after the account deposit has been confirmed.

  • All bonuses are subject to a rollover or play through requirement variation accordingly to the promotional amount issued.

  • Craps, Roulette and all Slots games, do not qualify for “rollover” or “play through” requirement, for any promotions.

  • Accounts need to be active for at least 15 days to request any promotional bonus.

MultiHand Casino Tournaments

General

• • The house rules will prevail over any situation not covered in the “tournament rules”. In the event of a tie, the prize will may be divided equally between the tying players.

  • All players are entitled to win 1st-2nd-3rd place, a maximum of three [3] times per every 30 days, effective as 08/01/07. All entries purchased by non qualifying accounts, will be reimbursed the following day.

  • The official tournament language is English.

  • Open or Parked entries for more than one hour will be voided and disqualified from the daily qualifying round or event.

  • All tournament chips are for tournament use only.

  • An entry will be completed if either the chip count goes to $0 or 50 hands are played.

  • All “Promotional” or “Comped” entries awarded expire by midnight. Expired entries will not be re-issued or are retroactive.

  • Players may purchase as many re-buys as they desire, the more times you re-buy tournament entries the greater the opportunity to succeed to the “Final Round”.

  • It is the “Players” responsibility in communicating his/hers preferred action with the “Dealer”. No exceptions will be made.

  • All disputes must be directed to the Tournament Management Dept.

  • Each player will receive 1,000 in tournament chips at the beginning of each round.

  • Minimum bet of 1 and a maximum bet of 100.

  • If a player has less than the minimum bet remaining, the player will automatically be eliminated from play.

  • You must play all 50 hands for your entry to qualify prior to midnight the same day. There is a hand indicator visible at the top of the game window.

  • Split hands are considered additional hands.

  • Registration ends one hour prior to the close of the qualifying round or tournament day.

  • Entry must be completed before the Qualifying event day ends or it will automatically forfeit.

  • Player must play all hands for score to be considered final. Any score where all 50 hands are not played will be voided.

  • Unlimited Re buys are allowed; however only the highest score per player will be awarded.

  • Qualifier or Daily Round Winnings will be credited to player accounts within 24-48 hours the following days.

  • All Hats and Polo Shirts & Special prizes will be sent via UPS mail, allow 2-3 week delivery.

  • Casino Management will not be held responsible for “unknown addresses” lost or stolen mail prizes.

  • All “Final Round” Cash Prizes will be paid within 48 hours after end of Tournament Event.

  • Player abuse rules strictly enforced and applicable.

  • All registered purchased entries, may only be registered to one IP Address per household & account information. Multiple IP’s registers will be disqualified & banned from entering future tournaments.

  • Must be a minimum of 5 players per event, per game and per tournament other wise it will be cancel.
